Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (HRM)/ Management/ Public Administration or similar from a recognized University. Higher degree in Organizational Development or similar is preferred. Must have at least five to seven years of work experience in HR/People function. Working experience in an international organization will be preferred. Recent HR trends, approaches, practices and processes; Must have extensive knowledge of labor laws in Bangladesh. Must be fluent in presentation and communication skills. Must know the working of MS Office applications with skills in report writing. Working knowledge of HRIS and analysis software is mandatory.
