Private Madhumati Bank Limited has published a notification for the recruitment of manpower. This bank will recruit staff in the Management Trainee Development Programme. Interested candidates should apply online.

Eligibility : MBM, MBA or Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university. Must have at least three first class/division or equivalent CGPA in education. Third Class/Department or equivalent GPA/CGPA is not acceptable at any stage. No experience required.
Age : Maximum 30 years. However, the maximum age for children of brave freedom fighters is 32 years.
Work Place : Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary & Benefits : Monthly Salary Rs.45 thousand (negotiable) during Management Trainee Development Program. On successful completion of the development program employment will be made permanent as Executive Officer. From this time the monthly salary will be 62 thousand taka. Apart from this there are other facilities as per the policy of the institution.
Condition :
Those appointed as management trainees have to sign a bond to serve at least three years in this bank.
