Qualification : Diploma Degree in Electrical Technology/Computer/Computer Science/Electronic Technology/Power/Mechanical/Telecommunication/Data Telecommunication Technology from Polytechnic Institute. Candidates who have passed the grading system, must have a minimum GPA/CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale and a minimum of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Post Name: Junior Assistant Manager (Finance/Accounts/Audit/Revenue)
No. of Posts: 12
Qualification : Minimum CGPA 2.50 (4 scale) at graduation level and minimum CGPA-3.0 (5 scale) at secondary/higher secondary level in M.Com/MBA/MBS with Accounting.
Pay Scale: Bdt.22,400-56,604
Post Name: Accountant
No. of Posts : 34
Eligibility : 4 years Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with Accounting.
Pay Scale : Rs.16,520–41,745
Post Name: Technical Assistant
No. of Posts: 97
Qualification : Passed SSC or equivalent examination with vocational training in Wireless/Electrical/Mechanical Air Conditioning from a recognized institute.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,560-36,792
How to apply
Detailed rules for submission of application form and payment of examination fee can be found in this link of BTCL. No application will be accepted after the prescribed date and time. No application will be accepted directly at any BTCL office.
Age
Age of applicant should be maximum 30 years as on last date of application. Maximum age limit for sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters is 32 years. But in case of candidates working in BTCL the maximum age limit is 50 years.
Application fee
900tk for Junior Assistant Manager (Technical) and Junior Assistant Manager (Finance/Accounts/Audit/Revenue) and 800tk for Accountant and Technical Assistant.
Selection test
Applicants have to attend the written test. Mark of written test is 80. The pass mark in the written test is 40. Oral exam marks 20. Oral exam pass number 10. A candidate who fails to pass the oral examination shall be considered as final fail.
Venue, date and time of written examination will be published on BTCL website in due course. Candidates selected for the oral test among those who have passed the written test will receive the notification of the venue, date and time of the oral test through SMS on the mobile phone.
Application deadline
Application will start on November 5. Interested candidates can apply till November 19.
